Release of ASSE Diary 2008

December 30, 2007 - American Society of Safety Engineers, Kuwait Chapter released its first ever printed diary on 30th December at Hilton Resort in a huge gathering of ASSE members. Mr. Ravi B Tammanur, Secretary, ASSE-Kuwait Chapter was jubilant and quoted that “This is a marvelous achievement in Kuwait Chapter’s history, which has certainly added another feather to our crown”. He congratulated and paid his sincere thanks to Mr. Mohammad K S Mohiuddeen, Head, Govt Affairs & Publication, Committee and the office staff for this commendable achievement. Mr. Ashok, President, expressed that “We have achieved another milestone in Kuwait Chapter’s history since its inception in 2000”. He also added that the diary was specially designed with some useful HSE data.

While addressing the gathering, Mr. Mohiuddeen, Head Govt. Affairs & Publication committee has quoted, “The joy that you give to others is the joy that comes back to you. Executive Committee of ASSE-KC is working with the same spirit & philosophy to give more joy to its members and the Kuwait community as a whole in meeting the objective of protecting people, property and environment”.

He recalled the members about the HSE Update, a bulletin from ASSE-KC that was released three months back and mentioned that ASSE-Diary is the second feather that was added to the Cap of ASSE-KC and informed that he is focusing to build an interactive and user friendly website for ASSE, which is going to be ready very soon. He also informed the members that ASSE-Diary would be distributed to all ASSE members and key personalities in Kuwait as a token of gift for the New Year. In the end, he thanked all the Executive Committee members and his team for the support and cooperation extended during this mission.

After a thunderous applauds the ASSE-Diary was formally inaugurated by President, ASSE-KC Mr. G. Ashok and Secretary Mr. Ravi Tammanur. The ceremony was concluded with photo session and vote of thanks from Mr. Fathi Badawi, Treasurer, ASSE-KC.

Technical Meet "Respiratory Protection Program"

December 30, 2007 - American Society of Safety Engineers, Kuwait Chapter in its professional journey to bring the latest in Health, Safety & Environment conducted a technical meet on a topic “Respiratory Protection Program” on 30th December, 2007 at Hilton Resort for the benefit of ASSE members and other HSE Professionals. The program was delivered by Dr. Madhava Rao, Consultant Occupational Health Physician, Shuaiba Industrial Medical Center, and Ministry of Health. The meet was well attended by a huge gathering of about 130 ASSE members. Mr. Ravi Tammanur, Secretary, Kuwait Chapter in his welcome speech informed the gathering that he was very much impressed by the number of participants showed up for the meet and introduced the topic and the presenter.

Dr MADHAVA RAO, who was the presenter, has taught Occupational Medicine at several major universities in India and Libya. He has 25 years of experience in building/running OH Systems, training people and research. During the presentation, Dr. Rao highlighted various aspects of RPP including respiratory hazards at a typical industrial setting, occurrence of various diseases, the need for risk assessments, identification of appropriate respiratory protection as per NIOSH guidelines, the need for medical fitness testing, fit testing of respirators and training in the use of respirators.

The session was concluded with an interactive Q&A. The presentation was followed by the inauguration of ASSE-Kuwait Chapter’s first ever printed New Year diary. As a token of appreciation, Mr. G. Ashok, President, ASSE-Kuwait chapter along with Mr. Ravi B Tammanur, Secretary, ASSE-Kuwait Chapter handed over a memento to Dr. Madhava Rao. The vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Fathi Badawi, Treasurer, ASSE-Kuwait chapter. The meet ended up with high tea.


ASSE-KC Participates in ICCE Conference and Exhibition

November 19, 2007 - The inaugural ceremony of the 3rd Conference for the International Congress of chemistry and environment & Exposition was conducted on 18th November 2007 at Hotel Radisson SAS under the patronage of Hon. H.H Sheikh Naser Al-Mohammed Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, State of Kuwait. The inaugural ceremony comprised with speeches from Dr. Ameer Ali Al-Haddad, the conference chairman and other dignitaries. The exposition was formally inaugurated by the chief guests and other dignitaries.

Several companies and organizations participated which includes Kuwait Society of Engineers, Kuwait Chemical Society, College of Graduates Studies, Ministry of Water & Electricity, American Society of Safety Engineers-Kuwait Chapter, and several oil sector companies were participated in the Exposition.

ASSE-Kuwait chapter’s booth screened their activities and the services provided to the ASSE members. Mr. G. Ashok Garlapati, President, ASSE-Kuwait chapter briefly explained about the activities to the Chief guests & other dignitaries when they visited the booth.

The significant dignitaries visited our booth includes HH Shiekha Amthal Al-Hamad Al-Jabar Al-Sabah (Chair Women, Voluntary Work Centre, State of Kuwait) along with Mr Talal Qahthani (President, Kuwait Society of Safety Engineers). Mr Ashok briefed them about the Society activities in improving the awareness of general public and school children. She was very much impressed with our Chapter activities and appreciated the efforts of our Society in taking the HSE issues into the Public. She wished us the best of luck in our endeavors.

About 200 technical papers were presented by speakers from different countries of four continents. The event was organized by Kuwait University, Kuwait Society of Engineers & KISR. More than 150 delegates attended the event and they visited all the exposition stalls. ASSE Volunteers actively participated in explaining the activities to the visitors.

ASSE-Kuwait Chapter Recognizes the Voluntary Services of its Outstanding Member

November 13, 2007 - American Society of Safety Engineers, Kuwait Chapter in its tradition of honoring of its outstanding members, who are moving out of Kuwait, honored Mr. Girijanandan Panda during the 85th Kuwait chapter’s Executive Committee Meeting held on 13th November 2007 at Kuwait Hilton Resort. During the recognition ceremony Mr. Fadhel Al Ali , Chairman, ASSE-Kuwait chapter thanked and appreciated Panda for his outstanding contribution towards the society activities over the years.

Mr. Garlapati Ashok, President of the Chapter during his speech, informed the gathering that Mr. Panda has held various key positions in ASSE-Kuwait Chapter since 2004 and had coordinated some successful training programs for the benefit of ASSE members. Mr. Ujwal Ritwik, Advisory committee member shared his memorable experience with him. He thanked Mr. Panda for his commendable contribution during the professional developmental conferences held in 2004 & 2007. Mr. Ravi B. Tammanur, Secretary, ASSE-Kuwait chapter finally added that “Mr. Panda’s immense contribution had certainly brought Kuwait chapter one step closer to its goal.

As a token of appreciation, Mr. Fadhel Al Ali, Chairman, awarded a memento to Mr. Panda. The program was concluded with a Photo session & High tea sponsored by ASSE-Kuwait chapter.

OSHA 10 Hour Traning Program

November 9-10, 2007 - The Professional Development Committee of American Society of Safety Engineers, Kuwait Chapter successfully organized the second batch of OSHA-10 hrs training program on General construction safety from 9th – 10th November at Kohinoor Training Hall, Fahaheel. The program was attended by 25 ASSE members.

The training session started off with a welcome address by Mr. Garlapati Ashok, President, ASSE –Kuwait Chapter. He introduced the trainer (Mr. Vignesh, Tech IOSH Asst. Manager, Health Safety and Environment, Mushrif Trading & Contracting Company.) He is associated in such training sessions for the past few years. Mr. Ashok, explained how important these training certifications helps in building an individual’s career. The welcome address was followed by the training session. The trainer briefly explained about Fall protection, Personal Protective Equipments, Stairways, Ladders, Scaffolds and etc…

During the session couple of evaluation tests were conducted for the participant’s. The two day extensive session was concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Vasudevan, Head, Professional Development Committee, ASSE-Kuwait. During his speech he informed that the membership growth of ASSE-Kuwait Chapter was tremendous becoz of this training program. He also informed members that several other training programs have been lined up for the members and for others during the forthcoming months. Mr. Mohammad K S Mohiuddeen, Head, Govt affairs & Publication committee made some announcements about HSE Update and appealed all the participants for their active involvement & participation with HSE articles and other related issues.

November 2007 Technical Meet - "Ozone Depletion & Environment Impact"

November 6, 2007 - American Society of Safety Engineers, Kuwait Chapter conducted an environment related technical meet on 6th November 2007 at Hilton Resort for the benefit of ASSE members and other HSE Professionals. The program titled Ozone Depletion & Environment Impact was delivered by Dr. Khan, scientist Kuwait Institute of Scientific Research. The meet was attended by 70 ASSE members.

The meet kicked off with a welcome address by Mr. Vasudevan, Head, Professional Development Committee. Mr. Penkey Siva Prasad, Head, Environment & Occupational Health, Committee introduced the topic (Ozone Depletion & its impact on Environment ) and the presenter Dr Abdul Rehman Khan. He is a is renowned Scientist & expert in the field of Environment. He is currently working as a Scientist- Environment & Urban quality department at Kuwait Institue of Scientific research. He has published a range of papers in journals in the field of environment. To add to his name, he has delivered couple of technical presentations during ASSE’s technical meets and Conferences.

Dr. Khan then took over the proceedings and delivered the presentation. He had briefed about the history of Ozone Depletion & Montreal protocol, HCFC’s and their Fate, Short-lived Organic-halogens, Ozone Depleting Potential, O3 layer at Arctic and Antarctic. He concluded his presentation as follows.

  • O3 is alarming if in Troposphere and acts as shield when in stratosphere
  • Industrial revolution brought all these problems of ODC
  • HCHC is not a solution, research is going on to find the right compound to replace ODC
  • O3 variation is different in two hemisphere
  • If we strongly implement UNEP regulations, O3 level will reach pre-1980’s level in 2010/2065

The technical presentation was concluded with an interactive Question & Answer session. The presentation was followed by the prize distribution to the members who have participated in the Ozone Day’07 quiz competition conducted by the Env & Occupatioanal Committee in line with Commemoration of International Day for Preservation of Ozone layer. Dr. Khan along with Mr. G. Ashok, President, ASSE-Kuwait chapter presented the gifts to the winners. As a token of appreciation Mr. G. Ashok, President, ASSE-Kuwait chapter along with Mr. Penkey Siva Prasad handed over a memento to Dr. Khan. Mr. Fathi Badawi, Treasurer, ASSE –Kuwait Chapter, in his vote of thanks, thanked the presenter for his valuable presentation.

OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety Training Program

October 27, 2008 - The Professional Development Committee of American Society of Safety Engineers, Kuwait Chapter organized a most valuable training program exclusively for its members titled OSHA-10 hrs on construction safety. Due to overwhelming response for the course, The nominees were distributed evenly in to two batches, and the first batch was conducted on 26 & 27 October 2007 at Kohinoor Training Hall, Fahaheel. The program was well attended by 26 ASSE members.

ASSE-KC Juniors Clinches the CRY Cricket Trophy

October 26, 2007 - As a part its commitment & strategy, Environmental & Occupational Health Committee of ASSE –Kuwait Chapter participated in the CRY cricket tournament organized on 26th October 2007 at KOC Ahmadi, Hockey grounds. CRY –Child Relief and You, an International social service organization serving millions of needy under privileged children raises across the globe in addition to spreading the message of ‘care for the needy children’. CRY is also non-profit organization like ASSE.
Gladiator Cricket Club (GCC) – fielded three teams all of whom were sponsored by ASSE Kuwait chapter. In connection with the competition, 60 children from various schools of Kuwait were selected and formed into three teams (ASSE- Gladiators Seniors, ASSE- Gladiators Juniors, ASSE- Gladiators Supreme) based on the tournament regulations. Gladiators Cricket Club was formed for the budding youngsters to give free cricket coaching by Mr. Jayakumar, Mr. Ashok Kumar, and Mr. Chakravarthy of Mirage cricket Club. The teams were offered with specially made ASSE Jerseys & caps with HSE messages to spread the awareness on Health, Safety & Environment issues among the public and Kids in particular. Further to this, in order to ensure the safety of the players while playing, Safety guidelines were released & distributed to all the participants.

This one day Cricket tournament was filled with lot of fun and excitement. Over 10 teams took part in the tournament and demonstrated their potential on the ground. As the matches progressed the competition becomes tougher. At the end of the day ASSE- Gladiators Juniors clinched the championship in their category. Mr. Garlapati Ashok President of ASSE-Kuwait chapter & Mr. Mohammad K.S. Mohiuddeen, Head of Publication committee, ASSE cheered the teams & boosted the performance by making their presence in the ground.

ASSE-Kuwait Chapter appreciated the efforts of Mr. V. Ashok Kumar & Penkey Siva Prasad on the achievement. As a token of encouragement Mr. Fadhel Ali Ali, Chairman, ASSE-Kuwait Chapter awarded an appreciation certificate to Mr. Ashok Kumar, Coach of ASSE-Gladiators team during the recently held Monthly Executive Committee meeting at Hilton Resort.

October 22, 2007 - American Society of Safety Engineers, Kuwait Chapter participated in the 40th Engineers Day Celebration & Exposition 2007, which was Organized by Institution of Engineers India – Kuwait Chapter on 22nd October 2007 at Hotel Ramada, Kuwait. In line with the theme “ Convergence of Technology for Rapid Development ”of the occasion, an exposition was parallely conducted. The expo showcased products / services by the Manufacturers, Trading companies & other govt bodies around Kuwait. The exposition was well attended by the professionals around Kuwait.

The Expo was inaugurated by the chief guest Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Mohailan, Ex –Minister of health jointly with other dignitaries. ASSE-KC Conducts HSE Certifications Workshop

September 18, 2007 - American Society of Safety Engineers, Kuwait Chapter continued its professional journey in the field of Health, Safety Environment & Loss prevention by conducting a most valuable Mini workshop on HSE Certifications & its credentials on 18TH September 2007at Hilton Resort for the benefit of ASSE members and other HSE Professionals. The program was well attended by about 75 HSE Professionals that includes 70 ASSE members.

The meet started off with a welcome address by Mr. Ashok Garlapati, President, Kuwait Chapter during which he introduced the topic “Shape-up your Career with Certifications / Credentials ( ASP,CSP & CIH)”. He also introduced the presenters Dr. Tariq Aldowaisan, Managing Director of GLC & Mr.Ravi B Tammanur, CSP,CIH, Specialist-Occupational Health, KNPC.

The introductory session was delivered by Dr. Tariq Aldowaisan wherein he shared his experience about the importance of the HSE certifications and the vital role which it plays in an individual’s career. Dr. Tariq Aldowaisan is the Managing Director of GLC, and has a proven track record of over 20 years of combined consulting and training experience in quality, safety, laboratory development, and certifications. He is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and Certified Manager of Quality/ Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) by the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He is also the first Kuwaiti citizen to be a Certified Safety Professional (CSP); a designation that is awarded by the world-renowned Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) to individuals who satisfy education, experience, and rigorous examination requirements. To add up to his contribution towards Health Safety & Environment, he holds a key role in the current Advisory Committee of ASSE-Kuwait Chapter.

The second session was presented by Mr. Ravi B Tammanur, CSP,CIH, Specialist-Occupational Health, KNPC & current secretary of ASSE-Kuwait chapter. During his presentation he patiently covered the topic “ASP / CSP & CIH certifications” in-depth and briefed on how it is beneficial to the HSE professionals to shape up their career. He practically demonstrated the process of filling up the applications for CSP, CIH, Examination process, Mode of preparation, Reference guides and the difficulties faced during the process etc. In his final statement, he added that ASSE-Kuwait chapter has decided to support the members who wish to appear for CSP / CIH examinations right here in Kuwait during the month of December which indeed will be a great achievement.

August 2007 Technical Meet - "HSE Performance Monitoring for Top Management"

August 28, 2007 - American Society of Safety Engineers, Kuwait Chapter continued its professional journey in the field of Health, Safety Environment & Loss prevention by conducting its second Technical Meet on its term (2007-2008) titled “HSE Performance Monitoring For Top Management - The Score-card Way” on 28th August 2007 at Hilton Resort for the benefit of ASSE members and other HSE Professionals. The program was witnessed by 70 HSE Professionals which includes 65 ASSE members.

The meet started off with a welcome address by Mr. Fathi Badawi, Treasurer, Kuwait Chapter during which he introduced the topic “HSE Performance Monitoring For Top Management - The Score-card Way and the presenter Mr. Ashok Chandra Lenka, Safety Engineer Coordination group KNPC, MAA. Mr. Ashok Chandra Lenka is currently working at KNPC as Safety Engineer and is responsible for providing various kinds of HSE reports to TOP Management at KNPC. He is an expert in the field and has a wide experience in the field of HSE. To add to his name, he has made an immense contribution towards HSE performance improvement in KNPC. Currently he is a part of ASSE-Kuwait chapter’s advisory board.

Mr. Lenka then took over the proceedings and delivered the presentation. During his presentation he revealed that CEO’s of any multi national diversified company needs to give highest priority for the company’s HSE activities. However any modern day executive is stretched and wishes to manage his time productively. The long HSE meetings have given way to SMART Effective & trim meeting format - the balance score card way which is a true and modern effective way to measure HSE performance of an organization for top management personnel .

August 2007 Technical Meet - "Emerging Risk Management Challenges for Environmental, Safety & Health Professionals and Professional Upgradation Opportunities for Health, Safety, & Environment Professionals"

August 28, 2007 - American Society of Safety Engineers, Kuwait Chapter continued its professional journey in the field of Health, Safety Environment & Loss prevention by conducting its first Technical Meet on its term (2007-2008) titled “Emerging Risk Management Challenges for ES&H Professionals & Professional Up gradation Opportunities for HSE professionals” on 28th August 2007 at Hilton Resort for the benefit of ASSE members and other HSE Professionals. The program was attended by ASSE members.

The meet started off with a welcome address by Mr. G. Muthukumar, Head, Conference planning & Membership Committee, Kuwait Chapter during which he introduced the topic “ Emerging Risk Management Challenges for ES&H Professionals & Professional Upgradation Opportunities for HSE professionals and the presenter Mr. Dr. Brent Nixon, Director of Science and Engineering at ECC, USA. Dr. Brent Nixon in his presentation had briefed about the Identifying and Evaluating the Hazards, Risk Management via Project Plans and The Need for Professional Licensing and Certifications.

The sessions were concluded with interactive Q&A. Mr. Abed Laboun, member of ASSE-Kuwait chapter thanked the presenter and as a token of appreciation he gave the memento to the Dr. Nixon. The meet was concluded with a High tea sponsored by ASSE-Kuwait Chapter.

       

IPEP Honors Mr. Ujwal Ritwik with International Award

July 2007 - Mr. Ritwik has an ongoing professional career spanning 30 years. He recieved a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from the Bihar Institute of Technology in Sindri, India as well as post graduate diplomas in Environmental Management from Gandhi National Open University and Engineering and Business Management from the All India Management Association.

Mr. Ritwik is recognized as a senior specialist in HSE, the highest recognized distinction by The Ministry of Oil, in the corporate technical support group for the Kuwait National Petroleum Company. Mr. Ritwik holds many professional certifications including Registered Professional Industrial Hygienist, Green Belt Six Sigma, and Certified Process Safety Management Implementer.

As a senior HSE Specialist for the Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Mr. Ritwik initiated and was instrumental in obtaining ISO 14001 certification for the company. He is widley acknowledged as the father figure in the field of environment health and safety in Kuwait and the Mideast region, and established the Environment Division and occupational health program in the Kuwait National Petroleum Company for three refineries and local marketing operations.

Mr. Ritwik is the initiator, founding member, and president of the American Society of Safety Engineers, Kuwait Chapter, the first international chapter of ASSE which has more than 250 members and an excellent international reputation.

Mr. Ritwik is the first certified QEP from Kuwait and he has encouraged many other professionals in the region to pursue a QEP or EPI credential, serving as a regional coordinator.

We congratulate Mr. Ujwal Ritwik for his many years of International Collaboration and Cooperation.

July 2007 Chapter Networking Meeting

July 3, 2007 - ASSE-Kuwait Chapter activities for the term July’07 – June’08 kicked off with a “ CHAPTER NETWORKING MEETING “. The meeting was conducted on 3rd July'07 at Hilton Resort from 06:30 – 09:00 PM at Al-Doora, Ball Room. The purpose of the meeting was to announce the plan for the year (July'07 to June'08) including various committees and their objectives. The meet kicked off with a welcome speech by Mr. Ashok Garlapati, President.

It was followed by the selection of members to various committees. Mr. Ravi B Tammanur, Secretary, shared his experience of his visit to Safety 2007, Orlando, USA. It was followed by a lengthy discussion on the NEEDS ASSESSMENT survey conducted in order to ensure members needs are understood and the chapter's activities are dovetailed accordingly. The interactive session was concluded with the certificate distribution to the PDC’07 volunteers. The vote of thanks was given by Mr. Ravi B Tammanur, Secretary, ASSE –Kuwait Chapter.

The Meet finally wrapped up with a dinner.

ASSE-Kuwait Chapter Obtains Chapter Star Status under Chapter Star Recognition Program

Mr. Tareq Al-Aslawi, Secretary of ASSE-Kuwait Chapter announced that the Kuwait Chapter obtained the Chapter Stars Status Award under the Chapter Stars program of American Society Of Safety Engineers (ASSE) , USA. The Chapter Stars Program is initiated by the ASSE, USA to help Chapters how they measure up and improve against the Society expectations. These expectations focus on serving the members and following the Strategic Plan of the Society. The program has the five levels of recognition with the Chapter Stars status being the highest. The Kuwait Chapter will receive the Chapter Stars Status Award, the highest level in the program on 25th June 2007 during the Society’s Annual Professional Development Conference at Orlando, FL.

He also announced that as part of professional development opportunities for its members to recognize their voluntary efforts, every year the Chapter will sponsor two members to represent the Kuwait Chapter at Society’s Annual professional Development Conference at USA. This year, the chapter has chosen Mr. Tammanur B Ravi and Mr. Manda Narayana Murty for their services and efforts in establishing and strengthening of the Kuwait Chapter.

Tareq, also announced that the Kuwait Chapter is playing a key role in the Global Taskforce constituted by ASSE-USA to find out the needs of international members. Mr.Garlapati Ashok is representing in the Global Taskforce from Kuwait Chapter and played a key role in identifying the requirements of international ASSE members and establishment of staggered membership fees as per the World Bank GNI (Gross National Income) criteria of various countries. Due to this membership structure, Kuwait Chapter members will get utmost benefit. In recognition of Ashok’s services in the Taskforce, ASSE-USA has awarded him with the Charles V Culbertson outstanding service Award. This award is given to the members who are making significant service to the Society in achieving its vision and mission. He will receive the Award during the Society’s Annual professional Development Conference at Orlando, FL on 24th June 2007.

ASP/CSP/CIH Mini-Workshop - September 18, 2007

Further to our emails sent last week on the above subject, there were many responses by email / phone wherein members expressed their interest in getting help for filling up the application forms, getting to know more details about the exams etc. Accordingly, we have now firmed up our program for the mini-workshop.

The program is planned for 18th September 2007 at Al-Durra Hall, Hilton Resorts,Mangaf from 1930 hrs to 2130 hrs followed by dinner and i will be delivering the workshop.

Objectives of the Mini-Workshop:

  1. Create awareness about ASP/CSP/CIH certifications.
  2. Get to know how CSP/CIH can benefit members.
  3. Get to know the process of application to BCSP/ABIH
  4. Use of the Application Guide
  5. Actual filling up of BCSP/ABIH Application form,Reference Form and Experience Form- Onscreen Demonstration and Actual use by members.
  6. The Examination Process
  7. Mode of Preparation
  8. Reference Materials
  9. Assistance by ASSE -Kuwait Chapter in taking the exam.
  10. Other issues related to the CSP/CIH exam.

What Do Interested Members Have to Do?

Please register with the Chapter office through email / phone / fax latest by 17th September 2007.

Based on response from members, we need to plan for seating arrangements, handouts etc. Hence, please make advance registration and the registration closes by 15th September 2007.

The process will be carried forward by our Professional development Committee in organizing a full fledged examination workshop probably by ASSE Headquarters faculty sometime in December/January.

During the past few years Kuwait and the Gulf region is experiencing an upsurge of interest in environmental preservation. This is reflected in public, in media, by the governments and very importantly industry. Publication of limits and standards by Environmental Public Authority of Kuwait is a major step forward. EIA is a significant requirement mentioned in the standards.

Environmental Impact Assessment is an important step in the management of environment. Petroleum exploration and production, refining, oil and gas installations, petrochemicals, fertilizers, power plants etc. pose special threat to environment that needs careful consideration before the start of the project and before taking up any major up gradation and revamp. It is therefore most important that your engineers, managers and leaders must know how to do EIA the right way.

This value loaded course is being presented in collaboration with the world-famous National Environmental Research Institute (NEERI), Centre for scientific Research, Govt. of India. represented by Dr. S.R. Wate, Scientist & Head, EIRPA Division & Mr. Shaik Pentu Saheb, Scientist who had conducted EIA for hundreds of oil and gas facilities. For the first time in the Gulf they have agreed to present this tailored course suited to specific requirements of the industry and professionals.
