The conference will be held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah, The Minister of Energy, State of Kuwait, The inauguration will take place on the 15th April 2006 at 19.00 Hrs. This function will feature special address by the Chief Guest, CEOs of major oil companies and Dignitaries of the ASSE head quarters and the Kuwait Chapter. Cultural events depicting the Nations cultural heritage will add colour to the ceremony.
