The Workshop leader

Martin K. Peters MCIPD, PGDIP P&D. Senior Consultant, Behavior Science Technology International - a consulting firm specializing in behavior-based performance improvement. Martin has worked with BST methodology for several years as a client and then as a BST consultant. Martin has presented at national and international conferences and seminars on the subjects of behavior-based performance and associated topics that impact safety in general. Martin also spent four years as a BST trained Internal Consultant, implementing the behavior-based safety technology for BST clients in nine countries at 15 sites
